A Project in slum for Child & Woman, community Health Development.

We’re working with two slum communities in Kalyan, and Vithalwadi Projects include women’s self help groups, adult literacy and advocacy work. These initiatives empower communities and individuals to reach their full potential and take control of their lives.

We run pre-school classes for the under fives where the children have fun and also get a good foundation before going to school. 40 to 50 Children are Attend the Classes Regularly.

We encourage school drop-outs to finish their education and readmitted in the school. Through the national open school, and run tutorial classes to help young people pass their exams.

Those who live in slum communities can be scared of visiting the doctor. Offering advice and helping people to visit doctors and get medicine.

We have started the polio and other vaccination for small children. Provide health awareness programmed to the community like HIV/ Aids counseling and awareness, TB and other sickness. Specially focus on children and women’s health issues like breast cancer and Uterus problem can found in most of the women’s. We also help community groups with their advocacy work, ensuring they get whatever they are entitled to and that their rights are respected.

Understand communities basic needs, try to solve there problem like water connection, drainage problem and ration issues.
